Vodary Perfumes brings you the latest authentic fragrances that will enchant your life. It is an online business project run by Bob Shah and Yusry who are currently based in Masjid Tanah, Melaka.
Authenticity
All products are original, authentic name brands and sourced directly from reputable supplier. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.

Stock availability
Our stocks are directly sourced from our supplier which is based in New York, U.S. We do not keep our stocks here in Malaysia. This way, we could offer you a lots of unique choices at even lower prices.
Shipment processing and handling
Your order will be handled by our U.S supplier and the shipment will be solely managed by them too. Upon receiving your order, the supplier will be notified and they will process and dispatch your order to the courier to deliver your order safely to your address.
How to place your order
1). Tell us which perfume you would like to buy, it will be helpful if you could provide is the code of product which you can find it suffixed from the Ad Title. You can send the info to our WhatsApp or e-mail.
2). We will check with the supplier to see if your choice is available. You will be informed within 24 hours with the status of its availability.
3). If your choice is available for purchase, you will be advised to make your payment with a payment method of your preference.
4). You will inform us once you have succeeded in making your payment. A snap of transaction receipt or a screenshot of payment details must be given as your proof of payment.
5). Upon accepting your payment confirmation, we will place your order through the supplier.
6). You will get your tracking number once your order ships out from the supplier's warehouse. (Please refer to Handling/Processing time section below)
Your payment methods
a). Bank-in/transfer - You can make your payment to our bank whose details will be made available to you upon confirming your stock availability.
b). Cards/PayPal - You will also have the option to pay using PayPal with either your credit/debit card or PayPal balance. We will generate an invoice for you to pay and send it to your email address. Kindly take note that we will need an additional Order Processing time of 5 business days if you choose to pay with PayPal.
Cancelling your order
Should you wish to change your mind, you can choose to cancel your order anytime after 1 hour you placed your order with us. We will not be able to issue you a refund if you change your mind after we have placed your order with our supplier.
Handling/Processing time
Our U.S supplier will take 2-7 days to process your order. We will only be updated with the tracking number once your item ships out.
Shipping and delivery
Your order will be shipped using a courier service which will be arranged by our supplier. Rest assured, you will get your order within 2-3 weeks since your order will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or United States Postal Service, USPS Express.
Important: Please take note that most orders arrive duty free, however, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches Malaysia. If applicable, these fees will be your responsibilities and we have no control over these fees.
Tracking your order
You will be provided with a tracking number and the tracking website's URL once your order has been dispatched to courier.
Exchange and refund policy
We do not provide refund. However we would offer your an exchange with the same item or another item of the same value in the event of one of the following:
a. There is a manufacturing defect.
b. You received different product from what you have ordered.
We will not accept your request to exchange if:
a. You have used, worn, altered, damaged, or lost one or more parts of the product.
b. You do not retain, lose, or damage the packaging box that comes with the product.
c. You received product that has different colors from what you viewed on your device.
In terms of color, please take note that a product may look different if you view it using your different devices as for example Black vs Dark Blue.
FAQs
Q. Do you have a shop that I can pay a visit?
A. No, we do not. We are a business entity that totally runs online. Our current business model does not require us to have a physical shop. This means that we do not have an established premise for you to visit.
Q. Do you combine shipping if I buy more than one item?
A. As shipping perfumes will require special handling and we want to make sure that every single bottle comes to you in one piece, we do not offer this option for shipping multiple items.
Q. Can I get a discount?
A. We are sorry we could not offer you any deal as our products are already offered at lowest possible prices from our supplier
Q. How long will I need to wait to receive my order?
A. Our supplier will take 2-7 days to process your order and once it ships out from the warehouse, the journey it will take to your address should be around 2-3 weeks. Please arrange your order should you need your item for a special occasion.
Q. Can I see your item before I make my decision to purchase?
A. We understand you would like to see your chosen item before you could make an informed decision to buy. However, we do not keep our stocks and inventory is managed by our supplier, we would not be able to show you samples of item that you would like to see.
Q. I am nearby and I prefer C.O.D.
A. We understand your preference in method of shipping but we do not keep stocks so to have your order delivered to you in person even if you are nearby. Therefore we are unfortunately unable to deliver your order through this method. You can always place your order with us and wait for it to arrive in the comfort of your home.
Q. I would like to meet you in person and pay.
A. Not only that we do not offer C.O.D for delivery method, we will also not be able to meet you and collect your payment in person. Since we run our business online, you can pay us through our available methods of payment.
